Connection of Utilities

This is a service offered to those who have purchased a property in Spain whereby Lawbird Legal Services initiates and signs contracts for water, electricity and gas supplies. It also includes arrangement of a standing order (direct debit) with a bank of the client's choice.

What the connection of utilities service includes

Contacting the companies involved and arranging the contracts.

Before you Start

You will need to provide the following:

• Passport or NIE Number
  
• Deeds or Private Contract (or any other document that proves you are the owner of the property in question)
  
• Bank account details
  
• Signed authorisation from the client allowing us to arrange the contracts on their behalf (relevant document provided by us)
