This service is intended for people who need to have a company ready in a very short period of time. In Spain, company incorporation generally takes at least one month. It may be the case for one reason or another where you may wish this process expedited.

Included with Service

• A fully registered and active Spanish limited liability company (sociedad limitada) ready for operation.
• All of the costs involved in the incorporation of the company, including company incorporation costs and costs of the sale of the shares of the company.
• A .com domain name that exactly matches the name of the company (without the SL suffix)
• A Bank account opened in the name of the company which can be operated through internet banking.
• A Paypal Account opened in the name of the company which you can use to receive payments.

Note: Currently we only provide for this service Limited Responsibility Companies (Sociedades Limitadas).

Not Included with this Service

• Our fees do not include the notary fees for the Power of Attorney should one be needed.
• Application for the NIE Number.

Before you start

You will need to have:

• A Spanish NIE number for each of the shareholders
• A power of attorney and notarized copy of your passports if you are not going to be present on the date of the signing. We will provide you with a draft for you to sign at a local Notary.
