Development Grundbesitz KG<\/strong> and against  <strong>Houston Casualty Company Europe Insurance<\/strong> on the 31st July 2007 acting on  behalf a British couple.<br \/>\nThe client had purchased an off plan property  from developer at development <strong>Cascadas de las Lomas<\/strong>, Mijas Costa, M\u00e1laga.
