{"id":487,"date":"2011-08-08T11:37:24","date_gmt":"2011-08-08T10:37:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lawbird.com\/wordpress\/?p=487"},"modified":"2014-05-05T19:06:13","modified_gmt":"2014-05-05T18:06:13","slug":"santa-ana-herrada-del-tollo-and-sgr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lawbird.com\/wordpress\/santa-ana-herrada-del-tollo-and-sgr\/","title":{"rendered":"Santa Ana, Herrada del Tollo and SGR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The decision came unexpectedly: shortly after the Judge ruled in favour our client, a British citizen,\u00a0<strong>SGR (Sociedad de Garantia Reciproca)<\/strong>, defendants, <strong>filed a motion\u00a0to appeal hoping to get\u00a0the decision reversed and requested that enforcement of the ruling was stayed pending the Appeal Court decision<\/strong>,\u00a0not before lodging the\u00a0amount of the deposit with the Courts&#8217; bank.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But the Judge of the Court of First Instance either did not get the petition of stay\u00a0on time or simply ignored it and, unexpectedly, <strong>handed over the payment order written out to BBVA bank to us so that we could collect the payment<\/strong>.
