The judgedment is a first rulling on a\u00a0cancellation of constract case initiated on behalf of a British couple.\u00a0The development involved is again\u00a0<strong>Balcones de Riviera <\/strong>in \u00a0Benalm\u00e1dena (M\u00e1laga). The developer had breached the Private Purchase Contract because of late delivery in handing over the property.<\/p>\n<p>The court\u00a0has sentenced\u00a0<strong>Aifos<\/strong> to refund our clients in full their deposit amounting to 46,458.19\u20ac. On top they have been awarded as well interests (5,326.95\u20ac), moral damages (3,000\u20ac), and a further amount as lost profits (28,598.50\u20ac).
